IP Onboarding – Terms and Conditions of Registration

1. Purpose of Registration

This registration initiates the Intellectual Property (IP) evaluation process with SINIE Intellect Private Limited, a government-backed IP asset management and innovation strategy firm. Upon submission, your details will be reviewed for suitability, classification, and strategic alignment.

2. Scope of Services Post-Registration

By completing this onboarding process and making the required payment, you will receive:

  • A confidential evaluation of your submission by IP professionals

  • An initial strategic consultation to determine the appropriate protection and monetization route (e.g., patent, trademark, copyright, or trade secret)

  • A dossier review and advisory briefing within 2 to 3 business days

  • Priority access to SINIE’s innovation and valuation network for potential partnerships, funding, and commercialisation opportunities

Note: Registration does not constitute a formal IP filing with any national or international authority.

3. Registration Fee

  • Amount: ₹1,000 (One Thousand Indian Rupees)

  • Nature: One-time, non-refundable administrative charge

  • Includes: Preliminary documentation review, expert time allocation, and internal processing

  • Payment Method: Processed via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets)

4. Confidentiality and IP Protection

  • All information submitted is treated as confidential and covered under an implied Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

  • No data will be shared with third parties without your written consent

  • SINIE ensures all submissions are stored securely with access controls and data protection protocols

5. Required Information

Applicants must provide the following:

  • Full name, email address, and contact number

  • Nature of IP (e.g., invention, design, literary work)

  • Ownership details (individual, joint, institutional)

  • Supporting documentation (PDF, DOCX, images, etc.)

Submissions that are incomplete or contain misleading information may be rejected.

6. Post-Submission Process

After registration:

  • You will receive a confirmation email

  • Our IP strategy team will review your materials

  • You will be contacted within 2–3 business days for a follow-up interaction

7. Limitation of Liability

SINIE Intellect is not liable for any delay or loss of rights arising from inaccurate or incomplete submissions. Legal IP filing or protection will only commence upon entering into a formal engagement agreement after assessment.

8. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from this process shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
